Colorado School of Mines provides several different lists of specialty vendors, logo merchandise vendors, and contracted vendors for campus use. The good or service you need may already be available. Please check with Procurement.
Mines Partnerships
Mines has many agreements in place for goods and/or services that can be used by personnel across campus. You can engage these vendors for any amount of goods/services without competition (i.e. quotes or solicitation) since a solicitation has already been completed and the vendor is under contract. However, if the amount is more than $5,000, a purchase order is still needed.
Note: If you do not see the information for goods/services used in your department, please contact Procurement. The below agreements are for campus-wide use. Department specific agreements are not posted.
HomeDepot Business Account
In order to register for the HomeDepot Mines Account, please email Procurement@mines.edu and request access. You will receive an email directly from Home Depot with registration instructions and link.
